Michael & Joyce Darling are local entrepreneurs, parents, and grandparents. They own Peachy Clean Services & Stabil Solutions, Inc., as well as other businesses. Stabil Solutions has been in business since 2015. Joyce also works as the VP of Finance & Administration for Delaware Community Foundation. They take great pride in being eighth-generation residents of the Eastern Shore. Michael & Joyce have been married for almost 40 years. They have three daughters and six grandchildren. When Mike is not working or spending time with the family, you can find him on the golf course or on the pickleball court with Joyce. Michael and Joyce hope our team is able to bring peace and productivity to your life. They know what it’s like to try to maintain a healthy work/life balance while also running both a home and offices.

Rebecca Darling-Wallace is the Chief Operating Officer for Peachy Clean Services. She helped start the business with her parents, Michael & Joyce. She has two sons and loves to read and play soccer. Rebecca is a seventh-generation resident of the Eastern Shore. As both a working professional and a working mom to young kids, she understands how impactful our team can be. She works hard to ensure that Peachy Clean Services becomes an integral part of your home or office. Rebecca has experience running the day-to-day operations of a business from her time at Stabil Solutions Inc., where she still acts as the Operations Manager. Her problem-solving skills and ability to wear many different hats have proven to be of huge value to the teams and customers she works with.

Christa is Peachy Clean Services’ Lead Cleaning Technician. She has several years of experience cleaning. Our team loves that she is detail-oriented, honest, dependable, consistent, energetic, and treats every space that she walks into as her own. She has one daughter and loves to spend time with her family. Christa is not just a part of our family business; she’s also a member of the Darling family as Micahel and Joyce’s niece.
